Add NVIDIA docker for Ubuntu 20.04 #178

This pulls in everything, including the GUIs.

I like having the docker possibility but if someone wants to use UFO, they just have to set up their environment for the use of GPUs. And whether it is with docker or without, it is not something an "end user" easily does in 5 minutes.
