Updated Table of Contents and Installation #31

I updated the table of contents, put specific commands in for installation, and added the contact information of the maintainers.

Looks good! In the "running" section, could you change the mention of "npm start" to both "npm run start" and "npm run tunnel"? Contributors might run into issues if they are only presented one option.
