Resolves overflow issue on the about page for smaller viewports, allowing contributors to display correctly when resizing the page.
Adds dynamic font sizing and spacing for navbar text and credit cells.
Reformats with Prettier for About.css, About.js, Navbar.css, and Navbar.js.
