Updated Home Page #26

Worked on Issue #16: Add Longer Description to Home.

Issue: Currently nowhere on the website there is a good description of what the game is. We need to add this and make the home page look nicer. You can get the description from the main GitHub repository https://github.com/ufosc/VisualNovel

Solution: I was able to redesign the homepage, updating the header to be full width, adding a description, and adding styles to the downloads panel.

@LemonadeCodeGirl I might be tripping but when I checked out the PR I can see the footer folder you made along with the js and css files for it, but I don't see any changes on the website. Nor do I see any change to the design of the homepage. Do you see this as well?

My apologies @WilsonGoins, I think I had trouble with the git commands, should be updated now.

@LemonadeCodeGirl LGTM, one change I would do is move the Download link to be above the Meet Our Characters. Other than that, it looks great!

Also, I dont think the github logo in the footer is not centered
