Updated Download UI #28

Created a reusable box to house all download logic dependent on user selection of operating system. All text and buttons are dynamically sized and won't change due to different resolutions, directly addressing the issue at hand.

This commit fixes #14

I think the new download box is too long. I also think the specific background stands out a bit too much. I think changing it to Download Here! Might be better than "Please Select Your Operating System" Screenshot at 2024-06-21 15-02-01
