OpenNSA support #41

Both CESNET and GEANT domains are using OpenNSA (https://github.com/NORDUnet/opennsa) as uPa and Aggregator and are willing to use MEICAN on top of it.

Support validated using an instance of the OpenNSA in a test environment.

OpenNSA state machine has some diferences compared to Safnari Aggregators.

OpenNSA has been updated and is supported again.
