[Fix] 22.9.7: DriverVer set to incorrect date #81

Fix Signability test failed, 22.9.7: DriverVer set to incorrect date (postdated DriverVer not allowed). I use GMT+7 clock, this will fix to people who use other time zone than UTC.

Thanks. I'll merge I feel this is a bit strange though - I never experienced this myself, but I guess it might having to do with me being in UTC+1 only I might not experience it very often unless I run it the last hour of the day...
