Pull request for three files:

Added a Perl tool for searching for offsets
Added the missing "unlock_win7x64.sig"
Added signature for replacing sethc.exe with cmd.exe (wildcard search for all Windows versions)

Thank you for the pull request. The stickykeys patch looks very interesting indeed.

I'll let this excellent pull request stay as a pull request for now though - for everyone to see, download and use.

The reason for this is that I had to make commitments not to release Windows 7 specific attack code in the near future.
