Update UFS_UTILS for new path names on Jet #107

On June 1st, the directory name 'project' was changed to 'HFIP'.

On June 30th, the /lfs3 disk will be replace by /lfs4.

Update the repo as required.

Update complete. Will run regression tests and test grid driver script.

Branch at 9cc5a0c was successfully compiled on Dell, Cray, Jet and Orion. Hera is down today. Since only Jet files were updated, I would not expect problems compiling on Hera.

All regression tests (chgres_cube, global_cycle, grid_gen, ice_blend and snow2mdl) were run on Jet. All tests passed.

The grid creation driver script for Jet (./driver_scripts/driver_grid.jet.sh) was run for a C96 regional grid. It functioned correctly.

Will merge to 'develop'.
