Add new fields and two additional files to the "chgres_code.fd" code in the "feature/warm_start" branch.

The "chgres_cube.fd" code in the "feature/warm_start" branch is set up to use fields from "NOAH" LSM and the "Thompson" physics suite. The RRFS model uses "RUC" LSM and the "FV3_HRRR" physics suite. Therefore, we need to add the additional fields associated with the "RUC" and "FV3_HRRR" to the "feature/warm_start" branch. Also, we would like to add two additional files: "phy_data.nc" and "fv_srf_wnd.res.tile1.nc".
