How to compile UFS in Level 3 & 4 system? Can anyone guide me ? #990

I am trying to compile UFS in Level 4, I was trying from last 6 months. I could not do. Can anyone help me. I have tried with hpc-stack and spack stack but both were not compiled properly. Does anyone do the installation in Level 4? Please guide me

What is level 4?

Spack-stack is the best path forward. What didn't work for you with spack-stack?
