release/public-v1: update FAQ for diagnosing model build errors #218

docs/UsersGuide/source/faq.rst: add FAQ for debugging model builds, in particular a cmake error relating to trailing whitespaces in the linker flags

As usual, I will need someone to check if the documentation looks ok.
