New plotting scripts #228

Add Python scripts to plot MRW output along with documentation and examples.

@ligiabernardet ready to merge, just to confirm, is master the correct target branch?

The scripts definitely need to go to master so they are there for the future. I don't think we will update the v1 release code or documentation at this time.
