Are any baselines expected to change?
Yes, baseline will change due to the netcdf lib update. Results content does not (using nccmp/ncdump they are same, but not cmp).

Is there a reason we are deleting the Cheyenne config files? I use those.
I thought we only support hera, dell and orion. Also Cheyenne module files won't work unless people build netcdf 4.7.4 and esmf821. Dom is working on that on ufs-weather side. Once we have that s2s will use same Cheyenne module and config files.

Mariana and I collaborate on S2S (CMEPS, CICE6 etc) on Cheyenne so it is important that the ability to build on Cheyenne is retained. Thanks.

Thanks, Dom. I will use your module files on s2s. I will add Cheyenne config back to s2s. By the way, do we know anybody is running s2s on other platforms?

Please note that you need only "one" config file for s2s and weather. Also, the executable compiled as s2s should be able to run in "weather" mode.

That is what I am trying to do, unify the s2s and weather conf files.

Yes, I tested them with ufs-weather-model and will create the PR shortly.
That's great, thanks Dom. I will add the same module file in s2s. People with Cheyenne access can check if it is working in s2s, if not at least they can work on the same module file as ufs-weather.
