[SRW-AQM] AQM scripts need to be updated with those in production or aqm_dev branch #1020

Description

The j-job and ex- scripts for AQM in the develop branch are out of date. They should be updated with those of the production/AQM.v7 or aqm_dev branch. ## Solution

Update the scripts with the latest ones.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

The sample script runs successfully.
