Description

All build-related files and directories should be relocated into the sorc directory.

Solution

Move the following files and directories into the sorc directory:

CMakeList.txt
Externals.cfg
devbuild.sh
devclean.sh
ufs_srweather-app.settings.in
ufs-srweather-app_meta.h.in
manage_externals
