rt.sh needs to switch the ecflow/5.5.3 to ecflow/5.11.4 on Hera #2208

On Hera

  1. rt.sh -l rt.conf -a $ACOUNT ......
  2. then got the error msg as follows "Lmod has detected the following error: The following module(s) are unknown: "ecflow/5.5.3""
  3. using module spider ecflow it is found "ecflow: ecflow/5.11.4"

rt.sh needs to switch the ecflow/5.5.3 to the ecflow/5.11.4 on Hera
