After PR #2225
atmaq tests need an adjustment to DT_ATMOS to alleviate a saturation vapor pressure issue. The RT system needs to stop running just the compile and renable the test as well.
To Reproduce:
Current atmaq test is disabled due to saturation vapor pressure instability. Just enable test in rt.conf and run.
