permissions not correct on Hercules for develop-20241011/ #2476

Do I really need to describe this bug?

hercules:/work/noaa/nems/dworthen/ufs-weather-model/tests> ls -l /work/noaa/epic/hercules/UFS-WM_RT/NEMSfv3gfs/develop-20241011/’
ls: cannot access '/work/noaa/epic/hercules/UFS-WM_RT/NEMSfv3gfs/develop-20241011/’': Permission denied

@DeniseWorthen I corrected the permission on hercules. Can you try?

I can ls the directory, which means it should be OK.
