Save in HIST in PROG variables flux from dislocation movement.

Ok, it works. But flux calculation need general review and optimisation.

Moved to Large tests issue. :facepunch:

flux_add flux_net_add does not count for jumps longer than single plane

:facepunch: change in the same way as flux_add_dislocation
