Function nucleate if active in kinetics rta together with mark() can be used in studding pores nucleation inside sample.

Also virtual rezervuar is required. Function which add razervuars.

definition of mark and unmark functions additional member in site::site rebuild whole kinetic, events, etc. (exclude marked vac)
