Create GitHub Action to deploy site on merge to master #39

Automate the deploy process to keep the site up to date and reduce the risk of manual deploys.

Requirements

Update gh-pages and the deploy script following the merge/release of tschaub/gh-pages#535 (--cname fixes)
Create a GitHub action to deploy the site (npm run build && npm run deploy) on merge.
- Preferably if and only if tests pass, but we don't have tests anyways.
