Create initial about page

Create an initial about page containing more detailed information about SSD.

Requirements

• Add an About title to the page
  • Check page metadata for title/description as well
• Add a description paragraph with detailed information about the organization:
  • We are an organization that helps students learn and apply software engineering principles to real-world applications. We host weekly workshops on topics like software design to help bridge the gap between what students need to know for industry and what they're taught in classes. These concepts help with building complex software systems and better prepare members for team projects, internships, and careers in software development.
• Add a picture from one of our meetings/events
  • SSD Fall 2022 Meeting
  • Remember to include alt text!
• Add another section on SSD history delayed until next sprint
• Confirm this renders well on mobile devises (tip: mobile-first design)
• If time allows:
  • Spike work for displaying past & present officers (some type of card with picture, title, and socials links?)
