Create a header/navigation component.

Requirements

Add the SSD Logo to the top-left (use a circle border similar to the current website)
Add page navigation links (Home / About) after the logo - make sure it can easily support new pages!
- The current page should be styled differently(bold/underline?)
Add a list of links to socials via icons on the right side (similar to the current website). Should include:
- Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram

Should look similar to the current website but have page links instead of the organization name.
