Add PLoS metrics to PLoS papers #101

We had resisted this idea for the past year or so, custom software for a particular publisher. But PLoS is approaching 5% of all literature, and a bit higher for UF, so having a PLoS icon on PLoS papers that takes one to a PLoS web site with metrics for the paper makes perfect sense.

I think this is can be done entirely in FTL.

I spoke with Theo from PLoS about this at Beyond the PDF. Also with another fellow who is sending me API information.

Won't be done in the current interface. Great issue for the next interface.
