We had resisted this idea for the past year or so, custom software for a particular publisher. But PLoS is approaching 5% of all literature, and a bit higher for UF, so having a PLoS icon on PLoS papers that takes one to a PLoS web site with metrics for the paper makes perfect sense.
I think this is can be done entirely in FTL.
