Link papers to full text via CrossRef Resolver #144

Linking DOIs in VIVO to the Crossref resolver would be a trivial modification and would provide immediate links to the article.

This should be a freemarker modification. We have the DOIs for all articles since 2008. Just a matter of displaying a clickable link. It's a great idea.

Design considerations: it would be trivial to link the actual DOI data property, however outbound links usually appear at the top of the page in VIVO. This is the preferred method.

This can be accomplished in Freemarker but requires a little more template logic.
