Closing #359 which presumed a solution.

Based on email response from Melissa, it appears we are free to go -- no advice coming from VIVO for sometime. We will likely add the ontology described in #359 and figure out how to associate it with entities in VIVO.

Will facilitate ontology group discussion. Great interest in the VIVO community for making maps of all kinds. Just need to know how to introduce the W3C standard to VIVO. Maybe that the solution for VIVO-ISF requires some tweaking for UF.
