Improved the linear solver of Gauss algorithm and added a unit test for it.
Replaced local Gauss algorithm linear solver in rf_msp_new.cpp with the modified one.
Removed some unused files.
Removed some unused unit tests.

I am going to merge it once the test icons becomes green.
