Split tecplot element output by materialgroups #150

Addition to recently (PR #143) introduced cell-centered element output for Tecplot.

Using the keyword $TECPLOT_ZONES_FOR_MG in the output definition, the cell centered element output will be split into zones by material groups. Should be used in combination with $TECPLOT_ZONE_SHARE to store data efficiently.

@norihiro-w Since the computation was moved to frontend2, this benchmark sporadically failed but always run successfully with manual command on frontend2. Maybe it is because of running time limit in cmake script. I will ask Lars for this issue.
