Remove columns with PII (most granular identifying detail should be the zip code) and make an additional copy of the data split into one spreadsheet per Congress Year (two years, starting on odd years) so large data sets can be opened in spreadsheet programs.

Archival Office Correspondence Data has all metadata in one table, with 15 fields. Fields are defined by character position instead of a delimiter and there is no header row. See the layout.txt file for more details.

Columns removed for PII: name, title, organization, address_line_1, address_line_2.

Dates are two-digit years. For assigning to a century, 60 and higher and 1900s and 59 and lower are 2000s.
