Report of formats with versions at different risk levels #54

It could be interesting to add a report to the ARCHive risk spreadsheet and the Department report spreadsheet with formats that have versions at different risk levels. This could be an indication that the format overall is becoming more at risk, although it could also mean that the old ones are replaced by a stable new one as well.
