Matches to NARA were manually updated in the by_group CSV, removing extra matches and adding ones where the match is not exact but close enough to be useful. Then the by_aip CSV had to be updated to match what was done in by_group, and QC done to make sure that everything was aligned correctly. This was time consuming and a little error prone.
Automate the updating of by_aip risk information based on by_group. Maybe wait to make by_aip until by_group is done and updated, or update the existing by_aip by merging in the risk data from by_group.
