Stats on accession coverage? #18

Is there a way to calculate how many accessions have the risk csv, to know the percentage of the accessions covered by the resulting format list? In the meantime, the script is printing how many risk csvs are found.

The planned audit script to check for missing components to the accessions may remove the need for this.

Between audit script to check for missing and planned report on which accessions did not have a full risk csv to update, this is no longer needed.
