Script output file department named incorrectly #43

Currently test for the department being part of the directory path, but it isn't actually. The Hub displays the share letter and name (department) in Windows file explorer, but only the letter is in the directory path.

The letter may not be consistent across machines, so just don't include the department in the name. We'll rename after it saves.
