Add integration for tracking requests #23

Since SDK 3.0 there are fast tracking requests available for approximate flight discovery. Need to integrate this feature for fast flight table refreshing.

The flight processing based on telemetry frames is much less accurate than processing based on telemetry. The feature is rejected.
