Reproducing:
Close UgCS, next try to do anything in UCS Hub. It will hang for long time, next will display error message about internal problems and propose to restart application. Standard close icons will not work.
Fixes:
Reduce timeout of network communication with UgCS;
Change error message: "Connection to UgCS is fault. Check if UgCS is running and click 'Refresh' button" (Refresh button will be added in #26)
"Standard close icons will not work" - fix that behavior.
