Top bar needs to be added with "Logout" and "Select all" buttons #59

Select All” button should be added so all flights which need to be uploaded can be selected. Also Logout button is not that easy to find.

Maybe it’s possible to place both of these buttons at the top? We could add a top bar so that above “List of all vehicles” there is a “Logout” button and above “Flight list” there is a “Select All” button.

Current implementation of buttons and top bar seems very good to me. Closing issue.
