Prevent from using it with unactivated version of UgCS #71

Currently when trying to use the T-Sync Tool with an unactivated version of UgCS, it displays the following error (see image).

Firstly, the error message needs to be fixed so it's more understandable. Something like:

"The number of sessions exceeds the maximum allowed session count for your license."

Next, currently there is a workaround where by closing the client and just keeping the server open, T-Sync tool can still be opened with an unactivated version of UgCS. This workaround needs to be blocked.

Fix message format and use the same logic that is used when the server is not available for every error from the server (navigate to login form).
