Cmake build for U2View, U2Designer, U2Remote and U2Test modules #13

With this patch UGENE will have CMake build for all core modules required to build and run ugeneui The next patch will be for ugeneui/ugenecl modules.

The original qmake build with the patch applied was tested on Linux & Windows platforms.
