Also can't download some "Old UGENE Packages". For example

Windows 7+ (64-bit) Offline installer Standard Package | Download v.33 -- can't download
Windows XP/Vista (32-bit) Zip archive Standard Package | Download v.1.29 -- ok

UPD: It seems that the packages of the 33rd version are not downloaded, and other earlier versions are downloaded
