Status 500 for imports #1705

Bug description

https://backoffice.bibliodev.ugent.be/candidate-records Logged in as librarian

First this was the issue:

Now, this sometimes happens when impersonating as Dieter Deforce or Christel Stalpaert, clicking preview and then trying to import:

I did not click "claim" directly to be able to reproduce the above bug.
