When a message is added to a record in the Biblio messages tab, an indication of a new message is visible in the records' Biblio messages tab itself.

Related: https://github.com/ugent-library/biblio-backend/issues/512 As a librarian I can send and receive messages to researchers about a specific record. As a researcher or administrative support I can send and receive messages to librarians about a specific record.

Success criteria

• [ ] Whenever there is a message attached to a record, I can see the tab highlighted
