Duplicate download jobs on kde plasma and Firefox #72

Symptom

on KDE Plasma 5.16, when uget-integrator interrupt a download job then start downloading, there is also a paused firefox download jobs in KDE notification area. Every time I have to manually go there and cancel that download. I had to uncheck Firefox plasma integration extension's "show downloads in notification area" to stop this.

However, on chrome/chromium, same uget-integrator and plasma integration extension with default settings, everything works. not sure it's because of FF or uget-integrator. Cheers guys.

I can second this. The paused download will appear also in notifications for KDE when the integration plugin is installed.

Yes. I am experiencing this too.

This is a feature of the Plasma Integration extension of Firefox. And there is a setting to change it. Just go to the extension's preferences and uncheck "Display downloads in notification area".
