auto-resume downloads #78

how to auto resume failed downloads?

uGet already has an auto-retry function for downloads so I am not sure what you are asking with this. Resume is typically only needed when a computer goes offline or manually paused by the user. I don't think either of those is viable for automatic starting.

Also note* - this is not relevant to the uget-integrator extension.
