If uGet is launched manually Aria2 process starts and all integration with Chromium works well. Otherwise, Aria2 does not start at all and there is no possibility to download chromium links with uGet.
I have prepared a small workaround using PowerShell from Python - please see https://github.com/zbyna/uget-integrator/commit/583a6cd4df9e2c9cf2104fe462f827f940adbe4b But in my opinion, this is rather a hacking then solution :slightly_smiling_face: : but it works for my configuration.
