GUI program doesn't start if it was running at logout

It starts if I reboot.

This is Kubuntu 20.04.

The same issue with 2.2.1 and 2.2.3.

uget-gtk instances run in background, as many as the times the program is executed, but with no interface.

Removing config folder doesn't help. Logout again doesn't help. I have to reboot. If I close uget before logout, no problem.
