The Time-Trial and Filter features require tags to operate on. However, tags aren't compulsory for "notes" and "flashcards".

There is completely nothing wrong with this. If a note and flashcard has no tag, then they will just be not able to be accessed by timetrial and filter. They still can be viewed by index, and their content still can be seen.

Unlike the other two, cheatsheet is compulsory to have tags specified upon creation simply because it is our auto-generation feature.

Reason for disagreement: Just like the other issue, the team's response is related to the functionality. The features work as expected. However, not being able to filter and time-trial items without tags doesn't go well with making tags optional in the first place. This seems like an issue with acceptance, which is why it's been marked a feature-flaw.

Since the inconvenience caused is tiny, the severity is low.
