Update in the snap store #12

Hi. I noticed the viber-unofficial snap is a little outdated in the snap store. Is there a problem blocking an update being pushed to stable?

Also, I noticed you're hard-wiring the version number and path to deb in the snapcraft.yaml. You might want to take a look at what we did in the discord snap in snapcrafters, which dynamically determines the version number. I don't know if this might be helpful to automate things for you with viber.
