Migrate GUI to use qt5 libs #166

Hi, I have done some minor changes in the project to migrate it to qt5 as qt4 is being discontinued by many Linux distributions.

I take this opportunity to thank you for creating this software

I hope you find it useful and agree to merge it. Please let me know if you have any comments or want some changes in the pull request.

Du to the fact that the mere request doesn't looked like been done in the near future and the AUR package also wasn't updated to the new source it would be great to have at least an instruction on how to build and install it on my own.
