Hi, usually that means you have an old plist file on your computer: just remove it and it will work.

Hello,
Pomodoro works in my MBP running the same OS, but not on the iMac. I trashed and re-downloaded the app via the Mac Store, but the same thing happens: 1) the app appears in the Applications folder and dock, but when I double-click the icon, nothing happens. This of true of both the dock icon and the icon as it appears in Finder windows.
